Shipping:

Citrus Sew and Vac online ships all orders via UPS or USPS depending on the size of your order. The items purchased will be packaged, measured, and weighed carefully. Free shipping only applies to orders placed within the Continental United States. All orders placed outside the Continental US are shipped via UPS. You will be contacted with the additional shipping charges and be notified when your credit card is processed with the additional shipping fees that apply.

Returns:

Citrus Sew and Vac online return policy – NO REFUNDS.

Merchandise exchange or store credit are applicable ONLY within 30 days of your purchase. Return postage will not be refunded. Sewing Machines, Sergers, and Vacuums have 20% restocking fee. There are no exchanges or store credits on special orders, books, software, patterns, or any other printed material.
