Stitch Length Dial | Pattern Selector Dial | Reverse Lever
The two dial settings on the machine allow you to select your pattern choice and stitch length. These dials are easily adjustable to form perfectly balanced stitches based on your fabric type and weight.
Use the reverse stitch lever to secure your stitches. Whether you have multiple layers or just regular stitches that you want to keep safe, the reverse stitch helps keep your ends from fraying or unraveling.
Drop Feed
Ready to try free-motion, embroidery, or button sewing? Simply remove the extension table, revealing the feed dog lever on the backside of the machine. Slide the lever in the correct position to drop the feed dogs on the eXplore 340, giving you total control of the direction of the fabric as you sew.
Needle Threader
Threading your needle just got easier! The exceptional design of the built-in needle threader ends the dread of threading your needle by hand and gets you started sewing without the wait. With the push of a lever, it feeds the thread through the needle eye with exact accuracy every time!
One-Step Buttonhole
The Elna eXplore 340 features a One-Step Buttonhole allowing you to sew flawless buttonholes with minimal effort! Simply insert the button and securely tighten the button plate, and the size of the buttonhole is automatically determined. Attach the buttonhole foot, lower the buttonhole lever, align and lower your needle to the starting position using the handwheel, select your buttonhole type, and begin sewing!
Auto-Declutch Bobbin Winder
The Elna eXplore 340 Sewing Machine is fit with an auto-declutch bobbin winder that makes sewing a breeze. You can keep multiple bobbins on hand, so you have the perfect thread color for every project! You never have to worry about overfilling your bobbin; the machine automatically stops when it detects that your bobbin is full.
Free Arm
